The tradition of the White Asparagus in a narrow and at great vocation territory, since 1962
For hundreds of years, asparagus has been combining territory and family economies. In this context, the San Zeno Cooperative gathers these small product entities and distributes them to enthusiasts and lovers of good food.
A quality guarantee carried out since 1962 by the San Zeno Cooperative which guarantees a product from a well-defined area with a great vocation.
The cooperative controls the quality of the product delivered by its members, its organoleptic characteristics, the freshness and fragrance that distinguishes the asparagus of the territory by marking and tracing it in all its phases.
The Agricultural Cooperative San Zeno was founded by a group of asparagus producers in 1962, with the aim of marketing their products. At present, it is composed of 40 members that are, in turn, owners of small family-run businesses. Members cultivate asparagus in the traditional way and with methods that have been handed down from generation to generation, with particular attention to the quality and the genuineness of their product.
